1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship all over India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time & Charges

Standard Delivery within India: 3–7 business days (may vary for remote areas).

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above Rs.1,000/- only.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cherub Couture is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
